Villa Sant'Erasmo also tells the story of our family's farm, whose activities take place on the farmland of Anagni and Paliano.
Crops, livestock and produce follow the rhythm of the seasons and form a genuine part of our identity.
It is from this bond with the land that the philosophy of the Villa's kitchen is born, mindful of the origin of ingredients, seasonality and our own farm's produce.
The vegetable garden, fields and animals are not on the grounds of Villa Sant'Erasmo itself, but on the farmland in Anagni and Paliano: different places, united by the same idea of farming, cooking and hospitality.
